Shipping

Orders are generally processed the next business day.  We ship within the USA. 

Calculating Cost

Shipping costs depend on the weight of the order, shipping method selected, shipping origin and shipping destination. This will be calculated during the checkout process.

Delivery Time

Average delivery time is 2-7 business days.  Shipping time varies depending on the shipping method chosen. The shipping methods available depend on the products purchased, availability of the products at the respective warehouses and shipping destination. The website will automatically determine the shipping methods available based on the various factors and present them accordingly in the Shipping section of the checkout process. 

Tracking numbers, if available, will be posted shortly after your order ships.

Returns Policy

In the event that it is necessary for you to return an item for a replacement or refund, you will need to request a Return Authorization, which includes a proper return address and return authorization number.  You may return most new, unopened items within 21 days for a full refund (less shipping costs) or an exchange.  Opened items may incur a 10% restocking/repackaging fee.  If there is a 'no returns' policy on any particular item, this will be noted on the item description page.  Customer is responsible for return shipping costs on all returns, including defective items, unless there is an error on our part (such as a picking error - wrong item shipped).  

You can expect to receive your refund, or for an exchange to be shipped, within a few days of our receipt of your return.  PLEASE NOTE:  Please provide us with the tracking or label number of your return, this will ensure a prompt exchange delivery or refund. 

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail with instructions for returning the item.

Items should be returned in the original manufacturer's packaging, so we recommend you keep your packaging for at least the first 90 days after purchase - many of our items are also covered by the manufacturer's warranty, they will also require any returns to include original packaging.

p.s.  Canceling an order:  Contact us via email or phone to cancel an order if you believe it may not yet have been shipped.  If the item you want to cancel has already been shipped, the order cannot be canceled. However, you can return the item for a refund. See our Return policy.
